What We Need From You

Information Required

The interview confirms identity and you must bring the following documentation:

• ID for each person in household including children
• proof of income (pay stub(s), pension, AISH, etc. )
• receipts for rent
• utilities invoices
• childcare receipts
• medical expenses
• most recent bank statement

Hours of Operation

Administration     8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday (closed on statutory holidays)

    Summer Hours (May 1 - Sept 1) 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday (closed on statutory holidays)

Client Intake        12:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday (closed on statutory holidays)

You must be in the building by 3:30 p.m. to register for assistance.
