What We Need From You

Process  information:

The interview confirms identity and you must bring the following documentation:

• ID for each person in household including children
• proof of income(pay stub, pension, AISH, etc. )
• receipts for rent
• utilities
• childcare
• medical. expenses.
• most recent bank statement
• 

Hours of Operation

Administration     8:30-4:30 Monday to Friday

Client Intake        12:30-4:00 Monday to Friday

You must be in the building by 3:30 to register for intake.  Call for appointments.
